PORK MISO SOUP RECIPE
 Ingredients
Pork
Vegetables (Carrot, Burdock,, Potato, Japanese radish, Leek, etc.)
Konnyaku
Water
Miso
Soup base (Dashinomoto)
Oil
Directions
Cut Vegetables and Konnyaku into thin slices.
Cut Pork into bite-size pieces.
Heat oil in saucepan. Saute Pork and Vegetables in saucepan until lightly
browned.
Add water (4 cups) and bring to a boil. Cook over low to medium heat about 20
minutes or until tender.
Remove from heat. Add Soup base (2 tsp.) and Miso (3 oz.) to mixture.
You're Done
