Kamada Soy Sauce
Kamada has been making excellent soy sauces since 1789. The TRI-7 package is a sampler with 3 Dashi Soy, 2 Salad Soy, and 2 Ponzu Soy.

DASHI SOY (200ml)
Soy enriched with a natural broth made from fish extracts (dried bonito, dried mackerel) and Konbu (tangle). Dashi Soy has a reduced sodium content of only 11%, which is 25% lower than the sodium content of regular soy.
SALAD SOY (200ml)
A non-oil, low-sodium dressing made with soy, wine vinegar, Yuzu (Citron) juice, and the essences of dried bonito and vegetables.
PONZU SOY (200ml)
Light "Usukuchi" Soy flavoured with two local citron juices, Yuzu and Sudachi, and rice vinegar. Use as a dipping sauce for Sashimi (raw white fish meat), or spring rolls.

Oshizushi Box
Oshizushi means pressed sushi. It is made with a wooden mold to create the rectangular shape. To make oshizushi, first the topping ingredients are placed in the bottom of the mold. Next the mold is filled with sushi rice and is covered with a flat piece of wood. This piece of wood is pressed against the rice and topping to make a solid cake. The sushi is then turned out of the mold and cut into blocks.

Tamagoyaki Pan
This beautiful copper skillet is the perfect pan to use when making Tamagoyaki - the rolled Japanese omelette. Follow the directions below for a successful omelette.
1. Heat little bit of vegetable oil in a Tamagoyaki omelette pan on mid heat.
4. Pour a scoop of egg mixture in the pan and spread over the surface.
5. Roll the egg and move it to the end of the top side.
6. Oil the empty part of the pan and pour more egg mixture under the rolled egg.
7. Cook it until half done and roll the egg again so that the omelette becomes thicker.
8. Repeat this process until the egg mixture is gone.
